Remakes Liberty into the face of ICE

The White House unveiled its latest immigration policy with a new look for an American tradition. Green card penalties and a repurposed Statue of Liberty. The new penalties are designed to increase deportations and the new look designed to “warn the terrorists away from our shores.”

Liberty’s new look includes a new poem to replace the famous poem “give me your tired, your poor,” adding an extended middle finger to one of her hands, and painting the words “KEEP OUT” in blood red on her bosom.

Renamed the Statue of Immigration Enforcement, “New Liberty” as the White House calls her “will present a clear message to immigrants trying to breech our shores,” said E.T. Mhe, recently appointed spokesman for Immigration and Customs Enforcement, a first generation Vietnamese immigrant and major contributor to Drumpf’s 2020 campaign.

“Think of your green card as a shopping reward,” Cuccinelli told NPR. “You come to the great shopping center of America to trade your job skills for precious American freedom. But the old liberal way was to pass out green cards like green stamps. The new freedom loving way is to cancel the green cards of immigrants who take more than they deserve. Like asking for health care or missing a credit card payment. Or taking a job like scrubbing out toxic waste barrels or cleaning chicken intestines from hard working Americans who wouldn’t take those jobs for ten times the pay. Which would still be a small percentage minimum wage, but Americans have the right to turn down those jobs instead of finding out they’ve been given to unqualified immigrants.”
