November 4 Sunrise

Today we decided to take a little jaunt to the lakeshore area of Mississauga. We thought a visit to the local all-day breakfast place, followed by a stroll along the lakeshore park area would be nice. As we waited at the traffic lights, I noticed the first glow of sunlight turning the apartment building opposite pink.

As we proceeded south, the sky was already beginning to show more light.

And then the glow of the sun became very much more pronounced.

We did the breakfast thing (and very pleasant that was) and headed off to the lakeside park.

Sadly, I missed out on taking any of the lovely lake photos thanks to my hands becoming too numb to use the camera sunrises. But, here’s one from a few years ago taken in late October.
