I went vegan for 30 days

This is what happened

Veganism is being embraced by more and more people everyday. Likewise, many vegans are starting to veer away from this lifestyle for health and personal reasons.

Everybody has a preference and I’m not here to judge.

Going vegan for 30 days.

This is not my personal story. I found this on social media. It was a Tik Tok video about this new vegan and I found it so interesting that I had to share.

She went vegan for 30 days and saw noticeable results.

In short, she decided to go vegan for 30 days.

From her account, it sounds like she got really inspired by the kinds of foods she could eat as a vegan, many foods she didn’t even know existed.

The excitement in her voice as she talks about frying mushrooms really gets draws you into her story.

She lost 33lbs going from 333 to 300 in just 30 days and no, exercise was not a part of her routine.

While I don’t think her results are typical, if you’re thinking of going vegan for the health benefits and for weight loss, this story will inspire you.

I’m on my own personal vegan journey and I’ve been doing it (again) for just shy of 30 days.

I’ll do a 30 day weigh in a few days but so far I’m down around 8 lbs. I cannot complain.

I eat two meals a day and one or two small snacks. I don’t drink enough water which I’m working on and I work out at least 1X a week doing a walk in the neighborhood or riding a stationary bike at home.
