Let’s try to develop a Growth Mindset using the following 5 Amal Totkay:

These tips are really helpful and it helps us in every field of life either its personal improvement or professional. Try to follow these tips starting from baby steps. As it will give you initial pace and consistency. We normally don’t have that much Will Power to initiate altogether with the larger pace but yes we can achieve these little by little.

Excepting the First One of Self Talk, I implemented all the other 4 somewhere in life, and really I had a great experience. These literally improve our productivity and level of thinking.

I love all the totka especially the 5th one, i.e Fake it till you make it. I just implemented this unintentionally … But yes, I can’t stop myself from saying that this type of fake is allowed and one must implement this. You cannot achieve something unless you think of yourself in that way either you achieve it or not. For example, you want to be a writer. Start writing and think that you are the best writer in the world ( which you want to be ) … Then unintentionally you will get to know what the best writers did to improve their way of writing and then you follow this advice… In contrast, if you couldn’t think of that way it will take a long time to chase it, and the efficiency level is achieved later than this one. So, this totka is yummy 😋 .

Learnings :

I learnt from them that these are highly important in our lives, we can achieve our goals whatever they are professional or personal by following them. High achievers and successful people always follow this in their lives. It makes you a better and more intelligent human than you’re ever before.
