How to create and mint an NFT on Sutudu.com

Minting an NFT on Sutudu.com is a straightforward process that can be completed in just a few minutes, once you are familiar with the platform. This guide is specifically designed for those who are new to NFTs, but experienced users should also find it easy to follow.

To get started, you’ll need to have a wallet set up and some Matic in your account. If you haven’t done this already, check out our previous guide for more information.

4. On the next page, you’ll be able to create your NFT. First, select the image, video, or other media that you want to mint as an NFT. You can choose a JPG, PNG, GIF, or MP4 file.

5. Choose the “Sutudu General Collection” for now. You can create your own collection later.

6. Give your NFT a title and write a description (up to 1000 characters) that explains what the NFT is and its purpose. Choose a creative field that is relevant to the NFT.

7. If you want to use the NFT as a “token gate” to unlock content, you can choose a property.

8. “Levels” is typically used for gaming, so you can leave it blank for now.

9. If you want to unlock content once the NFT is purchased, you can enable the “Unlock once purchase” option and add a password or URL.

10. You can freeze the metadata of your NFT and store it on a decentralized location like IPFS.

11. If you want to sell your NFT, make sure you don’t select “Not for sale.” Instead, choose either “Fixed price” or “Auction” as the sale type. For this example, we’ll choose “Fixed price.”

12. Set the price of your NFT in Matic. To convert US dollars to Matic, divide the dollar amount by the current value of Polygon. For example, if you want to sell your NFT for $1000 and the value of Polygon is $0.78, you would need to sell the NFT for 1282.05 Matic (1000 / 0.78 = 1282.05). 12. Choose a royalty percentage (typical ranges are 5% to 7.5%).

13. Click “Create item!” to finalize your NFT.

14. You’ll be asked if you want to do “Free Minting” or “Instant Mint.” Choose “Free Minting” if you want the buyer to pay the gas fee. Choose “Instant Mint” if you want to cover the gas fee yourself and make the process more convenient for the buyer.

15. Follow the prompts in MetaMask to sign and complete the transaction.

16. That’s it! You’ve successfully minted your first NFT on Sutudu.com.

Remember, NFTs are a versatile technology with many potential uses. Be sure to do your research and be careful when making purchases.
