Go On Offense to SPARK Your Real Estate Business

Spring is upon us.

Go out and enjoy some of this beautiful weather.

Do yourself a favor and go walk around your great town.

When you stop at a stop sign or intersection, take in a 360 degree view of your surroundings (that means circle around like a weirdo…).

I would bet you any money that in some glance of that view, you noticed some form of real estate information.

From offices to signs, billboards to benches — everyone seems to be in the RE business these days.

And a high percentage it is.

According to the NAR, there are over 2 million real estate agents; with over 1.3 million of them being Realtors.

To say the least, there is a bit of competition out there for the average real estate professional.

The status-quo leads to stagnation.

Passiveness leads to poor results.

Leads drive your business and your results. Almost everything in life is a numbers game.

Those that understand that there is a new way to scale your real estate business will distance themselves from the passive prospecting pack.

Billboards

Benches

Signs

Zillow

Open houses

Google

All of these examples just wait around and hope that someone is looking to buy or sell a house AND that your face magically appears in front of them at the right time instead of the other thousands of Realtors in your area.

These might make you feel and look cool, they rarely lead to high returns now and into the future of the real estate game.

Leveraging your family and friends

Sadly, it is very hard, if not impossible to scale these actions. This is your time being spent to push your name out and increase your opportunities.

Today, we have technology that can scale and leverage our time to create endless opportunities and make us the go-to real estate professional in our town for years to come.

The agents who choose to activate their social media, specifically Facebook and instagram, will be the Realtors of the next decade.

Billions of people are on these platforms. You can target everyone in your town. You know that they are going to see it.

You aren’t hoping anymore.

You are calling the plays.
