Reorganization Is Proper

When I discussed life includes readjustment I checked for the adaptability stretch of human capabilities especially in the face of adversity or divergence from a welcome routine. I stated it is part of life which when handled properly, also calling in place blessings which all of us posses, is capable of ushering in more sensational favorable outcomes. So no matter what, I like to think life can be beautiful especially when it is evident we attract the kind of energy we give out, we materialize the thoughts we ponder actively upon, and we definitely pack potential to overcome insurmountable odds. Before talking about reorganization I like to touch on organization. Note, this is about personal development and choices I don’t own a massive company that needs to look at its organogram or finances. Assembling the bits and pieces of experiences we have had, substances valuable like the reason we laughed and/or the awesome possibility we can, lifestyles we have learn to cherish, more alternatives we can explore, dreams and the zeal to go for them, maturation from a need for clearer focus, the present and future, we start getting a generic idea of who we are or can be specifically. Taking a chance is a part of this either when assembling or reorganizing. Organization occurs voluntary or without much conscious efforts because the mind picks up what it can and stores that information. While we trek or climb the stairs, our muscles grow stronger and that also informs our mind such that facing similar obstacles becomes easier. Apply this to other facets of life. All the education whether formal or informal, the advice and lessons, they all amount to something substantial. Just like reorganization, organization is progress the difference lies in choices we make especially when stagnation, moving backwards, giving up, or moving forward become the larger options.

In a personal sense, reorganization is usually not dismantling unless such definition provides an outlet where readjustment is the active subject matter. Sometimes we gotta work an idea or experiment for some time reorganizing methods and not the goal or problem that needs to be solved. Change is constant. Important lines we draw help fit this change for better not worse. Flexibility is important down to the very notion of being an active listener. Understanding there are many viewpoints out there and anybody is allowed to choose whatever they deem fit their purposes. You can stick on yours but then nobody knows it all so learning and acquiring from others improve our final outputs. The best reassessment that provides needful solutions is used as a base that attracts other forward thinking ideas. Just like in a group that needs some adjustments for success, similar personal steps can be taken towards improvement.

Reorganization to improve who we are sometimes can be a personal journey that remains fullfilling to us but inexplicable to another. Tampering with a tight schedule to make room for a much needed fun or relaxation increases efficiency. Opening the window and letting in new ideas is a mark we are part of the relentless motion advancement carries. Then comes the spirit of adventure. How come those, at least few I know of, who for instance reshuffled their lives by leaving behind tremendous success in one sector go on to find similar success in another with more fulfillment attached? Rearranging using soft skills honed to crisp can also make the difference while everyone is hustling to be recognized as one thing. All these examples do not fit my own life. I am pointing out marvelous ingenuity of the human story which never stops to inspire.

To some an extent, reorganization principle is related to the law of diminishing return because we can’t keep doing same things expecting a different result. This is unrelated however to tenets of grits and focus needed to achieve a goal, just a mere inclusion of flexibility and upgrade. It’s important not to let mediocrity water down everything or allow a process which smudges new ideas to keep rooting deep when scioning off can be the better option. Because it has been done like that is not always the best answer. That there are legends doesn’t mean there shouldn’t be rookies. The best products out there leave room for improvement. The intelligent ones leave the door of opportunity open instead of hugging selfishness. Reorganization is an important aspect of life, even in businesses, it provides channels for more profit. Breaking it down, forgiveness comes in too because it takes a lot to decide to attempt forgetting — it takes watering new thoughts and outlook. Reorganization is proper because it keeps life interesting although it requires strength. I heard we cannot get to the next chapters of our lives if we keep rereading old ones. And nobody is too good not to be replaced when reorganization must happen sometimes I wonder why everyone gassed up.
